AI/ML Engineer
Build and deploy machine learning models that power predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and autonomous workflow optimization across our ERP products.
Security Engineer
Protect enterprise data across our ERP platform. Lead security audits, implement compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR), and build tooling to detect and respond to threats in real time.
Design
2 rolesProduct Designer
Design complex enterprise workflows that feel simple. You'll own end-to-end product design for one of our five ERP suites, from research and wireframes to polished UI and design tokens.
Design Systems Engineer
Build and maintain the component library and design system that powers all HelpTribe products. Work at the intersection of design and engineering to ensure consistency and quality at scale.
Product
2 rolesSenior Product Manager
Own the product roadmap for one of our ERP verticals. Define strategy, prioritize features, and work cross-functionally with engineering and design to ship enterprise-grade software.
Technical Program Manager
Drive complex, cross-team programs from planning to delivery. Coordinate across engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure our ERP builds ship on time and at quality.
Operations

Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure across multiple regions. Build CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and deployment automation for a platform serving enterprise clients worldwide.

Build the HR infrastructure for a global team of 842+. Own recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and culture initiatives across four offices and three continents.
